The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the date for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2024. The exam will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2024.
The NEET UG is a nationwide entrance exam for students aspiring to pursue medical and dental courses in India. The exam is conducted by NTA on behalf of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

The NEET UG 2023 exam was held on May 7, 2023. The results of the exam were declared on June 29, 2023.
The NEET UG 2024 exam will be the first to be conducted under the new National Medical Commission Act, 2019. The act provides for a common and uniform NEET exam for admission to all medical and dental colleges in India.
