Exam Date: 05 May 2024
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2024 will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on Sunday, 05 May 2024.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for NEET UG 2024, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as compulsory subjects.
- Must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in PCB for General category candidates and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
- Must be at least 17 years of age as on 31 December 2024.
Application Process
The application process for NEET UG 2024 will begin in March 2024. Candidates can apply online through the official website of NTA.
Exam Pattern
NEET UG 2024 will be a pen-and-paper based test. The test will consist of 200 multiple choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The duration of the test will be 3 hours.
Syllabus
The syllabus for NEET UG 2024 will be based on the NCERT syllabus for Class 11 and 12.
