Victorian Government graduate program applications now open
Applications for the 2024 Victorian Government graduate program are now open until 9:59am Tuesday 18 April.
The program runs for 12 months and offers graduates the opportunity to work in a range of roles across the Victorian public sector.
Successful applicants will be placed in one of four program streams: policy, project management, finance, or human resources. They will also have the opportunity to undertake a rotational placement in a different government department or agency.
The program is open to all graduates, regardless of their field of study. However, preference will be given to applicants who have a strong academic record and a demonstrated commitment to public service.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and people with disability are encouraged to apply.
The starting salary for graduates is $61,068 per annum plus superannuation. Upon completion of the program, graduates will be promoted to a salary of $74,580 per annum plus superannuation.
